BMD Soluble

Concentrated soluble powder which treats dysentery in swine and enteritis in chickens and turkeys.

Contains 18,520 units bacitracin methylene disalicylate per gm.
For use in the treatment of swine dysentery associated with Treponema (Serpulina) hyodysenteriae. Also for use in broiler and replacement chickens as an aid in prevention and control of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens, plus as an aid in controlling transmissible enteritis (blue comb, mud fever) in growing turkeys. Also for the prevention of ulcerative colitis in growing quail. Each 4.1 oz. pack contains 51.2 g bacitracin, equivalent to 200 g bacitracin per lb. 

Dosage: Swine - Administer 1,000 mg/gal water continuously for 7 days or until signs of dysentery disappear. For tank use, one pkg (4.1 oz) medicates approximately 50 gallons water at 1,000 mg/gal. Not for use in swine over 250 lbs. See label for additional dosage and mixing instructions.
