Grass Getter Systemic Selective Herbicide

The Monterey Grass Getter Herbicide is a systemic and selective herbicide that kills weedy grasses without harming the plants. It is mainly used on flowers, ornamental groundcovers, evergreens, shrubs, trees, bedding plants, fruits and vegetables. This herbicide effectively controls crabgrass, Bermudagrass, quackgrass, foxtail and other weedy grasses. The product is best used when added at 1 oz. per gallon of water. Once applied, the grass will stop growing, will turn reddish then yellow and will die in 1-3 weeks time. Grass Getter Herbicide is also responsive and works even faster in warmer than cooler temperatures. This herbicide is best applied when weeds are actively growing and young. For some perennial grasses, it may require a second application after 7-14 days from the first application. Note: Do not use Grass Getter on your turf grass lawn.
