At 41 Feed & Garden, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of Items

  • ALL returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or partially used feed, seed, supplements, or medications cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Any return of feed, treats, or supplements must be called in and approved. These items must be shipped back the next business day after you receive them, even if they are unused and unopened, to maintain safety standards.

Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items.

  • Store credit may be offered in place of a refund in certain cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or opened items.

  • Injectable vaccines or medications.

  • Hay, wheat straw, or pine straw.

  • Clearance or special-order products.

  • Live animals or plants.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
