  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship using UPS, USPS, and regional freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the order.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Oversized or heavy items (such as bulk feed, hay, straw, or large garden supplies) may require additional freight charges. These costs will be communicated before shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping generally arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

  • Freight or oversized shipments may take additional time.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • In-store pickup is available at no charge. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

  • Local delivery may be available for bulk feed, hay, straw, and large items within a designated service area. Delivery fees may apply. Please contact us for details.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • Certain items, such as injectable medications, vaccines, live animals, live plants, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for shipping due to safety regulations.

Delays & Liability

  • Once an order has been shipped, 41 Feed & Garden is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost packages. However, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve any shipping issues.
